Russell also reiterates his prior endorsement of Presidential Candidate John Edwards noting Edwards advocacy for eliminating the notorious Touchscreen voting system.

Today, December 28th 2006 John Edwards formally announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for the office of President of the United States. He had been working to help the people of New Orleans many of whom remain dramatically impacted by the effects of Hurricane Katrina... Now a distant memory for most Americans...




It is with great enthusiasm that I write you today asking you to join me in endorsing the candidacy of Senator John Edwards, in the 2008 race for the Democratic Presidential nomination.
